Returns

We offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

  • The product must be in resalable condition.

Please note, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Sale items or items marked as final sale.

  • Personal care items, jewelry, lingerie, and other hygiene-related products.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@demureluxury.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for the return shipment.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Partial Refunds May Be Granted:

  • If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • If the return is initiated after the 7-day return window.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in process and cannot be stopped.
