Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area
We only ship within Pakistan.
No international deliveries are available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

• Delays may occur during sales, holidays, or due to weather and courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

• Flat rate: PKR 200

• Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000

5. Courier Services
We use trusted local courier services 

6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS or email.
You can track your order directly through the courier’s website.

7. Address Accuracy
Make sure your address, phone number, and postal code are correct before placing the order.
We’re not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

8. Order Issues
If your package is delayed or lost, contact us with your order number.

9. In-Store Pickup
We currently do not offer in-store pickup.
